When you list your home, our compensation is 7% on the first $100,000 and 3% on the balance of the sale price, which is then split between the buying agent and the selling agent. While that might seem like a significant amount, it’s important to know that this covers much more than just showing homes. As full-time professionals, we invest heavily into every sale — paying fees to the Realtors Association of Edmonton, the Canadian Real Estate Association, and our brokerage, while also covering the costs of professional photography, videography, advertising, print media, and more. Beyond the expenses, we dedicate countless hours behind the scenes to ensure your home is marketed to its fullest potential, negotiations are expertly handled, and your entire selling experience is as smooth and successful as possible.
